We look forward to all Groups being represented to guarantee the voice of your group is heard.

We are going to spend time looking at our 2020 census report and hold an open discussion regarding District development, waiting lists and low numbers, in some sections, within groups. For this reason, it is imperative that all groups are represented and have their say.

 

Agenda (This is an outline, please get in touch before the meeting with anything you would like adding to the agenda)

  1. Welcome & Apologies,  we have had a change in GSLs recently so we will go round the table and introduce ourselves!
  2. Health and safety  (Jan, POR update, Latest version of Yellow Card (+full set!), Age Appropriate Activities re message from CC 7/1/20)
  3. Adult training, up to date on going learning and PLPs in place (consequence?!)
  4. District Development, looking at our 2020 Census return & Feedback from County roadshow January 2020 (use of A5 flyers,’Do more, Share more, Be more.’)

  6. District/County events 2020, (Activity Day with St George’s celebration service, Campcraft)
  7. Explorer & Young Leader Update.
  8. Network Update (Amelia Bateman-Young to support this section)
  9. Communications (register tonight for the weekly newsletter)
  10. A.O.B. DISTRICT SOCIAL, QUIZ NIGHT DUKE OF CUMBERLAND NORTH FERRIBY, FRIDAY 3RD APRIL and I promise no agenda in sight!!!!)
