In preparation for the Transformation Project there are some things that we can all get on with now that will make all our lives simpler in the future.
Firstly- Review the roles we all have on Compass and make sure that they are correct and that any redundant roles are closed down.
Secondly – Make sure that everyone has a unique primary email address set-up, this will be your User ID on the new system and so must be unique for each person, we can’t use emails like 43rdscunthorpecubs@gmail.com which are shared between several people as a contact (we can obviously still use them for emails in our Groups, but not as a personal contact in Compass).
