As your sections begin to break for the summer and you and your teams have a well earned rest I want to launch an idea with you. What are your thoughts on having a GSL get together with the District Team, as an open forum, in the autumn and if you think it’s a reasonable idea what topics would you like on an agenda. Blacktoft are in a great position as there are GSLs either in post or in the appointment process in every Group. Would you be willing to support such a session?
