How we complete Nights Away Notifications (NAN) forms is changing with the launch of the new membership system. Some members of the district have begun completing NAN forms through MyMembership with success. From 1st January 2025, all NAN forms in the district should be completed through MyMembership. The current link to NAN forms (www.blacktoftbeacon-scouts.org.uk/nan) will be replaced with a how-to guide on using the new NAN form on MyMembership to help members navigate the new system.
