Hopefully you will have already saved the date in you diary for the Transformation Day taking place at Raywell. This day is to support Groups with getting to grips with the transition to Trustee Boards and the new Tasks/Teams approach to Volunteering.
- Session 1: 9am – 12pm
- Session 2: 1pm – 4pm
The agenda for the sessions is still being finalised and will be shared before the day. We will be covering the governance/operational tasks that have traditionally been undertaken by Executive Committees along with supporting the new volunteering culture.

This day is aimed at current Group Scout Leaders and Group Chairs, but we are encouraging representation from all groups so if you can’t make it please forward details to interested members of your group.
