The Deep Sleepover (Beavers & Cubs)

Arrival at 6:00pm and pick-up at 8:00am
£35 per Beaver & Cub
£10.00 per Leader and Young Leader. If Young Leaders wish to take part in the craft activities, then they need to pay the £35.
All bookings to be made through our booking site at: bookings.blacktoftbeacon-scouts.org.uk. Bookings will open soon, so keep an eye out!
Sections need to register their number of attendees by 1st December 2023 and make a non-refundable deposit of £10 per head (this includes Leaders & YLS, so please make sure these numbers are correct too).
Deposits need to be paid for within 1 week of completing your booking, otherwise your places will go back up for others to book.
Numbers cannot be changed after 14th December 2023. All places booked by Sections, will need to be paid for in full as these numbers will have been confirmed with The Deep, who do not offer refunds.
The Deep require an adult:child ratio of 1:6 (for both Beavers and Cubs)
The final payment will be required by 1st February 2024.
The price includes a Deep Sleepover badge too.
Where possible, we would prefer that all payments are paid by BACS. Details will be sent to those Sections that book on.
Even though this is a District organised event, NAN forms still need to be sent in to the District Lead Volunteer by each Section. A reminder that these are submitted through our online form: www.blacktoftbeacon-scouts.org.uk/nan
If a Section wishes to attend, but a Leader does not have a Nights Away Permit, then please get in touch beforehand.
