The Board of Trustees exists to support the District Lead Volunteer in meeting the responsibilities of their appointment.
Members of the board are appointed through an open selection process and confirmed at the annual general meeting with the exception of the roles of Lead Volunteer and Youth Lead which who are ex-officio members.
Trustees of the Board acts collectively as charity trustees of the Scout District, and in the best interests of its members.
