I am pleased to advise members of the District that Josh Morablanco has been appointed District Explorer Scout Commissioner in Blacktoft Beacon. He will work closely with all Explorer Leaders to ensure an exciting and safe programme is available for all the Explorer Scouts in the District.
He will continue to be supported by Gayle Tomlin in the role and we wish him well in moving the Explorer sections forward in Blacktoft Beacon District
