As we prepare to launch new digital tools, it’s important that the data on Compass is correct. We need to make sure the contact details of members (phone numbers, email and postal addresses) are populated, current and accurate. Any inactive roles must be closed, too. Over the coming months, all adult volunteers will need a personal unique email address listed (an email not shared with anyone else like scoutgroup@scouts.org.uk or thesmiths@gmail.com) to access the new digital tools. Please start talking about this locally, and updating Compass where possible. It’d also be helpful for Group Scout Leaders to note on Compass which night each section meets.
