Blacktoft Beacon are hosting an open morning on Saturday 11 March 2023 at South Cave Scout HQ, 16 Market Place, South Cave, HU15 2BP (go up the steps on the corner of Rawdale Close). On street parking is available either on Market Place or Rawdale Close.
Drop in any time between 10am and 12 noon to:
- Speak to a member of the District Team.
- Speak with a Nights Away Adviser.
- Speak to an LTM about training, or have your training validated.
- Find out further information about the young leader scheme and missions.
- Speak about support with your section or with community impact / inclusion.
- Ask about Nights Away and Activity Permits
- Ask questions about Online Scout Manager
- Ask about any additional needs issues with young people in your section
We encourage you to come along to meet other leaders, ask questions and hear about things going on locally, and around the County. We also welcome your ideas for future activities within the District.
Who can attend?
The morning is aimed at any leader within Blacktoft Beacon – GSLs, Section Leaders, Assistant Section Leaders , Section Assistants as well as Exec committee members – everyone is welcome.
What to wear?
Dress code is informal but if you’d like to wear a necker we’ll be wearing ours!”
