I just wanted to bring your attention to the upcoming You Shape Month this Feb. There is a significant push from both HQ and the county to encourage all young people in every section to actively participate and achieve the You Shape Award.
Below, you will find simplified requirements for each section, making it easier for leaders and participants to understand the criteria. It is essential that we work together to ensure a successful You Shape Month, promoting engagement and fostering a sense of empowerment among our youth.
I ask that you actively promote and push for the You Shape Award within your groups. If your sections have already completed the award, I encourage you to complete the feedback for that particular section. This will not only acknowledge their efforts but also provide valuable insights for improvement.
For those sections that are on the brink of completing the award, you may consider having either myself or the county youth lead present and award it during a suitable gathering or ceremony. This adds a special touch to the achievement and reinforces the significance of their contributions.
